Rueil Viana Monserrat, a student at Enverga University, has achieved remarkable success by winning the titles of Miss Enverga University 2024 and Mutya ng PRISAA 2024 for Region IV-A CALABARZON. In addition to the crowns, she received special awards for Best in Long Gown, Best in Filipiniana Attire, and Most Photogenic.
Monserrat will represent the CALABARZON region at the national Mutya ng PRISAA pageant in July 2024. Her victories have brought immense pride to her university and the entire region.
